Carnival 1973

Bill Momsen, who attended the EA in the 1940's, sailed into Guanabara Bay in time for the 1973 Carnival celebrations. Captured on Super8 Kodak film the various Carnival schools paraded down Avenida Rio Branco sometimes in a driving rain.
